All the reviews are 1-star, they deleted them but there's more being posted every day about how bad they are and how they only get one color in the variety pack.Įverybody acts like you shouldn't be upset about the fact their customer service doesn't exist because it's a pandemic, but while it may take a few days longer, I've been able to get a hold of other companies. Bought face masks from them and I'm just ready to be annoyed when I get them. And of course the store managers can't do anything since it's not online. I've been trying to get a hold of them for a month and a half in any form possible and it's hopeless. If that's the case, they shouldn't have their website open for orders. Delays, yes, but being 100% unavailable is inexcusable. Used to like Old Navy, but will never shop with any of their family of stores again. Apparently even though items haven't shipped, we can't cancel the order until June 22, and will have to sit on hold for hours again to do so.Pretty frustrated and disgusted with Old Navy and UPS both, since neither honours their stated services and both give different stories about the same items. Just now finally got through to Old Navy on the phone (2hr 15min), only to be given yet different info and no resolution. Really?! How can they refuse to respond when it's clearly stated on the website to contact them through email. Emailed Old Navy customer service but got an auto reply stating they will not respond. But never get to a human before having to hang up to attend to other duties (don't have 2+hrs to spend with a phone attached to my ear). As for Old Navy, we've spent so many hours on hold (average 2hrs 12min), on so many different days at so many different times, waiting to speak to customer service.

Nothing I can do about the lost package until UPS finishes investigating. But I took a screenshot of the claim and have told them so each time when I've called. Started a claim with UPS June 3 for the lost package, but they keep changing the claim start date so they can extend the end date. 1 billed May 18, shipped May 20, 2 had a label created May 30 but haven't shipped, and the other item was on backorder until June. 2/6 items were delivered, the rest have been billed to me but only 1 other item has shipped. I say apparently because the only emails I've gotten from Old Navy were the original order confirmation and the final shipment notification, but the 2 items we have received were delivered different days. I ordered May 15 and apparently the order was broken up for shipment. Thank you to anyone that actually read this. I just want my refund put back on my debit 's not that difficult. To all the sales associates, I feel for you all, and know that you guys are working super hard and in now way are my complaints directed at you.but wtf is going on with your company? This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service, in person refund, and online purchasing experience I've ever had. Old Navy has been around for decades, and they still don't have their act together. Half of the clothes didn't fit so I returned them in person to the store 2 days ago, and I'm still waiting for my $150 to be refunded to my debit card.

Tried to reach customer service to see if they would refund the shipping I paid for, but after 2.3hrs on hold I finally just hung up. I ordered several items on April 03, paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping, and still didn't receive my order until May 26.
